The weather is great and the sunsets are fabulous. Those are a few
of the reasons my husband Nate and I relocated to Arizona from the Midwest. But those
aren’t the only reasons people come to the Prescott area, it is the rural atmosphere,
the friendly people and all the wonderful activities that our area offers. We believe
the Prescott area is a little slice of heaven.
My name is Karen (KT) Tribby and my husband and I moved here in 1998. We have seen
this area blossom with growth, creating new business and offering better employment
opportunities. Nate and I have always been self employed. Nate is a general contractor
and me, well, my background is Residential Appraising. In 2007 I took time to advance my
education in Real Estate by obtaining my Graduate, Realtor Institute designation, GRI.
